Every once in a while you need to TREAT. YO. SELF. 

Somehow, black truffles make everything better. Are they expensive? Sure. But I swear they are worth every penny for the many common foods that truffles enhance to the nth degree.

These fries are just your run of the mill frozen bagged fries, but you'd think they were prepared by a gourmet chef! Smothered in melted parmesan cheese and topped with grated black truffle - these fries go from 'meh' to 'THESE ARE ALMOST TOO FANCY TO EAT!'

Parmesan Truffle Fries

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15-20 minutes

Makes 3-4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag frozen french fries
  • 1 black truffle
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • fresh parsley, for garnish

Here's How:

  1. Preheat the oven and cook the fries according to the instructions on the package.
  2. When the fries are about ~5 minutes away from being finished, grate half of the truffle over the fries, cover in the shredded parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, and then grate more truffle on top as desired. Bake until the parmesan is melted. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
