I’ve been trying to get in shape for our upcoming wedding, so when Kevin from Ambari Nutrition approached me about trying his protein powders, I was instantly all-in. As a fellow Northeast Ohioian, I am excited to team up with his business based out of Amherst, Ohio – as well as get fit in the process!

Finding a good protein powder can be a daunting process, especially when you don’t know exactly what you are looking for.

All of the ingredients I have added to the smoothies give the smoothies additional texture and flavor, without adding a ton of extra calories or diminishing the original flavor of the protein powders themselves.

Peanut Butter Banana Crunch

  • 1 packet AmBari French Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 8 oz water
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter granola, for topping

Here's How:

  1. Use a blender to pulse the ingredients until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Top with peanut butter granola as desired. Enjoy!

Tropical Strawberry Blast

  • 1 packet AmBari Strawberry Blast Protein
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 8 oz water
