What’s Up, Hungry Muggles

It’s officially Harry Potter MONTH here in the Starving Chef’s kitchen! Every year for the last decade, I’ve transfigured my kitchen into the halls of Hogwarts, recreating the delicious feasts and foods found throughout the Wizarding World.

I grew up alongside the books and movie releases. Some of my favorite childhood memories include dressing up like a witch, attempting to make butterbeer, and shouting nonsensical magic words at my family (much to their utter chagrin). I even dressed up for the midnight release of the last two books and most of the movies.

Once I grew into an adult Harry Potter fan, I Apparated to Hogsmeade and even had a bite to eat inside the Leaky Cauldron. I’ve even found myself at the real-life Harry Potter Studios in London, England, where I paid double the Galleons to get a private tour and spent a solid 10 minutes completely alone in the actual Great Hall of Hogwarts while getting stuck between tour groups—so to say that I’m a Harry Potter fan is an understatement.

It was only natural that as I grew into the creative witch I always knew I was meant to be, I incorporated as many magically themed Harry Potter recipes into my repertoire as possible—and now I’m ready to share them all (in one place) for you Hungry Muggles to enjoy.

My goal is to keep this page updated every year with any new Harry Potter-inspired recipes! But just in case I miss a few, you can always check out my Harry Potter recipe archive anytime!
