My quest to recreate the best foods and feasts from throughout Middle Earth continues – this time, we’re halfway to Helm’s Deep, traveling beside Gimli and the rest of the Fellowship as they guide the people of Rohan to safety.

Or at least, that was the thought process behind this recipe.
