Hey everyone! I apologize for the absolutely terrible audio, but if you can get past the echo for the first few minutes, and a bit of a crackle at the end, the recipe I present is still solid! Everyone has to start somewhere, and being my very first live stream, I think it went really well!

Estimated prep time: 5-10 minutes

Estimated cooking time: 15-20 minutes

Estimated serving size: ~ 2 servings

Here's what you'll need to cook along with me:


- 1 lb shrimp

- 1 lb angel hair pasta + water for cooking

- t tbs coconut oil OR olive oil OR cooking oil of choice

- 3 tbs garlic

- 1 small red pepper

- 2 tbs paprika

- 2-3 tbs fresh parsley

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup sweet chili ginger sauce (see link for recommendations)

- 4 tbs lime

- 1 tsp red pepper flakes

- salt & pepper


- If you don't like shrimp, thin sliced chicken or beef will also work well in this recipe.

- Olive oil, vegetable oil, canola oil or even ghee can be substituted for coconut oil

- Sweet Chili Ginger sauces can be found in most grocery stores in the Asian food section. I've seen several varieties from different brands. The exact sauce I will be using is The Ginger People Sweet Thai Chili Ginger Sauce (literally it's the best ever, and this isn't even sponsored, I just love this sauce so much!)
