All aboard the “New Year, New Me” train! This decade my goal is to lead a healthier lifestyle – which means I need to start at the most obvious place: my diet.

Swapping out fast food breakfasts for high-protein, low calorie overnight oats is step one! This week I teamed up with Ambari Nutrition to jumpstart 2020 in the best way possible.

I used four of Ambari’s delicious protein flavors to create these simple overnight oats. You can even premix the dry ingredients ahead of time and just add milk and fresh toppings whenever you’re ready to consume them.

In fact, after my initial test run of this recipe, which was taste tested by friends and family, my dad straight up requested these overnight oats as a Christmas present because they were so delicious.

Grab and go breakfasts are a thing of the past now that I have the power of these overnight oats in my refrigerator. Thanks to Ambari, I’m definitely starting out 2020 on a healthy (and delicious) note!

Here’s where you can purchase AmBari proteins (non-affliate links). They have so many other delicious flavors and snacks to try! AmBari sent me the products to use in this recipe but all opinions are my own.

These are the AmBari products I used in year variation:

NY Cheesecake Overnight Oats

New York Cheesecake Protein

Chocolate Covered Banana Overnight Oats

Tropical Banana

Chocolate Minis

Peanutbutter & Jelly Overnight Oats

Strawberry Blast protein

Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

Strawberry Banana protein

RECIPE NOTE: Ambari’s protein packets contain approximately 4 tablespoons (or one serving) of protein. Each protein packet will make TWO servings of each flavor. The recipe below will lay out the ingredients PER JAR so be sure to double up the recipe if you want to make two of each option. Each jar will have about 7g of protein and approximately 300-400 calories (this will depend on individual ingredients used per jar). Overall, I ended up with 8 jars of overnight oats from 4 protein packets.
