What’s Up, Hungry People!

These cabbage wontons are a super quick alternative to their rolled counterpart, the egg roll! I really craved egg rolls to go with my beef stir fry, but ended up settling for something smaller, yet equally delicious – cabbage-filled wontons.

I’ve previously shared a seriously simple egg roll recipe, which was one of the first ever recipes on my blog. So, I thought it would be fitting to breathe new life into it by using essentially the same ingredients. The best part is that you can actually find prepackaged cabbage as cole slaw mix (without the slaw dressing), making this dish even easier to prepare.
