Fizzy Pumpkin Juice | Harry Potter Inspired Recipes
Today we’re apparating into Snape's dungeon to concoct fizzy pumpkin juice that doubles as a love potion - because anyone who drinks it is sure to fall in love with you.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pureed pumpkin
- 4 cups apple juice
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 3 cups sparkling white grape juice or champagne for adult-friendly version
- ⅛ teaspoon cloves
- ⅛ teaspoon allspice
- ⅕ teaspoon cinnamon
- whipped cream topping
- pumpkin pie spice for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl or cauldron, stir together the pureed pumpkin, apple juice, pinapple juice and sparkling white grape juice. Chill for at least one hour or until ready to serve.
- NOTE: Stir virgously before serving as the ingredients will settle naturally.
- Ladle into individual cups and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spices. Enjoy, muggles!
