Instructions
Preheat the oven 350 F. Open the biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, parsley, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Spread the pizza sauce over the bottom of a glass baking dish. Arrange the pepperoni on top. Then arrange the cut biscuits in a single layer on top of the pepperoni. Pour the butter over the biscuits and use a basting brush to evenly coat the dough.
Sprinkle on the chopped red onion, crumbled sausge, basil and mozzarella cheese. Cover lightly with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue to bake for another 10 minutes. If the center is not puffed up and golden brown, continue to cook the bubble pizza in five minute increments until the center is firm.
Top with parsley, basil, red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. Drizzle on balsamic and sriracha to taste. Enjoy!
