Instructions
Chop the radicchio, red cabbage, and red onions.
Juice the lemon and blood orange.
In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, shredded carrots, and dressing.
Gently toss the ingredients together.
Refrigerate for about an hour to chill.
Serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
