In a small bowl, marinate the shrimp with white wine, minced garlic, a touch of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Allow the shrimp to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) or set the broiler on low. Skewer the chorizo, followed by the shrimp, wrapping its body around the chorizo.
If using raw shrimp and chorizo, cook for 3-5 minutes under the broiler or until they turn red and start sizzling. If using pre-cooked shrimp, cook for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Enjoy!
