  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove the brown hairs and loose leaves from the corn cob, leaving at least 1 layer of leaves intact.
  • Place the corn directly into the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the outside leaves appear dried.
  • Remove the corn from the oven and carefully strip the cob of leaves and hairs, ensuring that the hairs pull away with the husks easily.
  • Spread butter over the corn and sprinkle on the paprika, coriander, minced garlic, thyme, and season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
