Preheat the deep fryer to 400°F. In a small bowl, melt the block of Velveeta cheese until just chunky.
In a larger bowl, combine the melted Velveeta cheese with the mashed potatoes. Add the diced jalapenos and stir well to combine.
Gradually add the flour, a few tablespoons at a time, until a thick dough forms. Use a tablespoon to measure rounded spoonfuls of the dough. Place each spoonful in a small bowl filled with panko. Thoroughly coat each ball with panko and shape them into small elongated triangles.
Drop batches of 5-6 teezers into the preheated fryer and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the teezers are golden brown.
Remove the teezers from the fryer and let them drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Season the teezers with salt and pepper to taste.
