- 1 ciabatta long loaf
- 8 oz chicken cooked & chopped
- 5 artichoke hearts chopped
- 4 strips bacon cooked & crumbled
- 5 tablespoons parsley
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- ¼ cup green onion chopped
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- salt & pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese, chicken, artichoke hearts, crumbled bacon, parsley, green onion, and Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the ciabatta bread in half in the center of the loaf. Remove the inside of the bread, leaving about a quarter of an inch of breading left on the crust. Reserve half of the inside breading.
Use a spoon to fill the hollowed ciabatta loaf. Fill each half until completely stuffed.
Press the two halves of the loaf together on a baking sheet. Top the loaf with mozzarella cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted, for about 15-20 minutes.
Let the bread cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into one-inch-thick slices. Serve warm and enjoy!
