  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a gallon-sized baggie, mash the bananas. Add the eggs and sugar. Release the air from the bag, seal, and mix until the eggs and sugar are well combined with the bananas.
  • Open the bag and add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour. Release as much air from the bag as possible before sealing. Mix until the flour is mostly incorporated.
  • Add the vegetable oil and chocolate chips to the bag. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
  • Arrange paper linings in a muffin tin. Cut off a corner of the baggie and pipe the batter into the cups, filling them about half full.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
