Ingredients
  

FOR SWEET ONION SHRIMP:

  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 5 tablespoons carrots shredded
  • 4 tablespoons cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1 hard boiled egg chopped
  • 1 strip bacon cooked & crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
  • 5 strips chicken cooked
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce hearts chopped
  • 2 tablespoons croutons wrapped in plastic
  • 1-2 lemon slices optional

FOR ITALIAN SALAD:

  • 2 tablespoons creamy balsamic vinaigrette
  • 4 broccoli florets
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 4 tablespoons mozzarella pearls
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 2 tablespoons croutons wrapped in plastic

FOR GINGER SHRIMP SALAD:

  • 3 tablespoons ginger dressing
  • 4 slices shallot
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 tablespoons carrots shredded
  • 2 tablespoons feta
  • 4 grilled shrimp
  • 1 slice lemon spritz & remove before eating salad
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce hearts chopped
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 2 tablespoons croutons wrapped in plastic

FOR GARLIC CHICKEN SALAD:

  • 3 tablespoons garlic vinaigrette
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons red onion
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 2 tablespoons goat cheese
  • 5 slices grilled chicken
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tablespoons croutons wrapped in plastic

FOR BUFFALO CHICKEN SALAD:

  • 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 4 tablespoons celery chopped
  • 3 slices shallot
  • 3 cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tablespoons red bell peppers chopped
  • 2 strips bacon cooked & crumbled
  • 4 slices grilled chicken
  • 2 cups Romaine hearts chopped
  • 2 tablespoons croutons wrapped in plastic

FOR CRISP APPLE SALAD:

  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup apple chopped
  • 3 slices shallot
  • 2 tablespoons goat cheese crumbles
  • 3 tablespoons carrots shredded
  • 1 hard boiled egg sliced
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 3 tablespoons croutons wrapped in plastic

Instructions
 

  • Level One: Start with the dressing of your choice for each respective salad.
  • Level Two: Add hearty vegetables like cherry tomatoes, onions, celery, and carrots.
  • Level Three: Move on to lighter vegetables such as corn, beans, and broccoli.
  • Level Four: Layer in lighter proteins and/or dairy next, including hard-boiled eggs, bacon, and various cheeses.
  • Level Five: Now it's time for the main protein attraction—place your cooked chicken or grilled shrimp.
  • Level Six: Pile on the greens—Romaine, spinach, or a mix, whatever the salad calls for.
  • Level Seven: Top it off with any dry toppings like those croutons you've got wrapped in plastic (they stay crunchier that way).
