Instructions
Level One:
Start with the dressing of your choice for each respective salad.
Level Two:
Add hearty vegetables like cherry tomatoes, onions, celery, and carrots.
Level Three:
Move on to lighter vegetables such as corn, beans, and broccoli.
Level Four:
Layer in lighter proteins and/or dairy next, including hard-boiled eggs, bacon, and various cheeses.
Level Five:
Now it's time for the main protein attraction—place your cooked chicken or grilled shrimp.
Level Six:
Pile on the greens—Romaine, spinach, or a mix, whatever the salad calls for.
Level Seven:
Top it off with any dry toppings like those croutons you've got wrapped in plastic (they stay crunchier that way).
