- 1 can flaky biscuit dough 8 biscuits
- 4 slices colby cheddar cheese cut into quarters
- ½ cup onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cups fresh parsley chopped
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Split each biscuit in half (pull apart the layers) to create sixteen biscuits.
Finely chop the onion. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, then add the onion. Sauté until the onion begins to brown and caramelize, about five minutes.
Add a slice of cheese to the top of each biscuit. Place a tablespoon of the sautéed onions and some fresh parsley on half of the biscuits.
Grease a bread pan. Hold or place the bread pan vertically and stack the biscuits into the pan.
Bake for 6-10 minutes (or follow the package instructions for baking time), until golden brown and flaky. Let cool in the pan for about ten minutes to enhance the pull-apart experience. Enjoy!
