FOR PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CRUNCH SHAKE:

  • 1 packet AmBari French Vanilla Protein
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 8 oz water
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter granola for topping

FOR TROPICAL STRAWBERRY BLAST SHAKE:

  • 1 packet AmBari Strawberry Blast Protein
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 8 oz water

FOR CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY SHAKE:

  • 1 packet AmBari Milk Chocolate Protein
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • 8 oz water

FOR CAFE MOCHA ICED COFFEE SHAKE:

  • 1 packet AmBari Cafe Mocha Protein
  • 8 oz black cold brew coffee chilled
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

FOR PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CRUNCH:

  • Use a blender to pulse the ingredients until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Top with peanut butter granola as desired. Enjoy!

FOR TROPICAL STRAWBERRY BLAST:

  • Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 2-3 minutes per smoothie. Enjoy!

FOR CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY:

  • Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 2-3 minutes per smoothie. Enjoy!

FOR CAFE MOCHA ICED COFFEE:
