This fruit salsa is made from mangos, strawberries and English cucumber - with some zing included from red onion, shallot and apple cider vinegar.

- 2 cups mango chopped, can sub canned diced mango
- 5 habanero peppers seeds removed & chopped
- 8 strawberries chopped
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1 sweet onion chopped
- 1 shallot chopped
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 lime juiced
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vingar
- 3 tablespoons cilantro
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
PRO TIP: Use canned mangoes for the ultimate mango salsa. Drain canned mango before adding to salsa.
PRO TIP: Only use as many habaneros as your taste buds can handle! For a more mild salsa, use jalapenos instead.
