  • Wash and chop the red skin potatoes into bite sized pieces. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chopped potatoes to the pan and gently toss them to ensure they are all coated in oil. Sprinkle the Hungarian paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper over the potatoes.
  • Cook the potatoes until they are browned on each side, approximately 15 minutes. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and occasionally flip and stir the potatoes to prevent burning. Season the potatoes with additional salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the Perfect Paprika Potatoes alongside toads-in-holes, fresh fruit, and a big cup of coffee for a delightful meal. Enjoy!
