Cranberry-Horseradish Creme Fraiche:
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 shallot
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon horseradish cream
Quick Pickled Cucumber Relish:
- 1 English cucumber
- 2 tablespoons White vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sugar
Prepare the Cranberry-Horseradish Creme Fraiche:
In a food processor, blend cranberries, shallot, and sugar until smooth.
Mix the cranberry mixture into plain Greek yogurt.
Stir in horseradish cream until well combined. Chill in the fridge for a few minutes.
