Ingredients
  

  • 4 waygu hot dogs
  • Whole grain mustard as desired
  • 4 Hot dog buns

Cranberry-Horseradish Creme Fraiche:

  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish cream

Quick Pickled Cucumber Relish:

  • 1 English cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons White vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of sugar

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cranberry-Horseradish Creme Fraiche:

  • In a food processor, blend cranberries, shallot, and sugar until smooth.
  • Mix the cranberry mixture into plain Greek yogurt.
  • Stir in horseradish cream until well combined. Chill in the fridge for a few minutes.

Make the Quick Pickled Cucumber Relish:

  • Julienne the English cucumber using a mandolin slicer.
  • Soak the cucumber in white vinegar with a pinch of salt and sugar. Set aside.

Grill the Hot Dogs:

  • If possible, grill the Kobe beef hot dogs outdoors until cooked through.

Toast the Buns:

  • While the hot dogs are grilling, toast the buns until they have grill marks.

Assemble the Hot Dogs:

  • Place the grilled hot dogs in the toasted buns.
  • Spread a small amount of whole grain mustard on top of each hot dog.
  • Top with the cranberry-horseradish creme fraiche and quick pickled cucumber relish.
