Cuisine Air Fryer
- 16 oz brussels sprouts leaves trimmed and cut in half
- 2 tablespoons Himalayan salt
- 1 tablespoons fresh cracked pepper
- 2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 5 slices Canadian bacon chopped
- balsamic vinegar for drizzling
- mozzrella cheese shredded for topping, optional
Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts. Remove any loose or small leaves from the exteriors of the Brussel sprouts. Cut the sprouts through the center stem, keeping the outer leaves intact. Toss the halved sprouts into a large bowl.
Add the olive oil, Himalaya sea salt, Hungarian paprika, garlic powder and fresh cracked pepper to the bowl with the Brussels sprouts. Add the Canadian bacon and use tongs to gently toss the Brussel sprouts until everything is covered in an even layer of the spices.
Lightly spray the bottom of the air fryer backet. Add the Brussel sprouts to the air fryer. Set the air fryer to 400 F | 205 C and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the outer layers of the Brussels sprouts are crispy and the centers are soft. They should be fork tender. Serve with a drizzle of baslamic or with shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Enjoy!
