Cuisine Air Fryer
- 16 oz brussels sprouts leaves trimmed and cut in half
- 2 tablespoons Himalayan salt
- 1 tablespoons fresh cracked pepper
- 2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 slices Canadian bacon chopped
- balsamic vinegar for drizzling
- mozzrella cheese shredded for topping, optional
Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts. Remove any loose or small leaves. Cut the sprouts through the center stem, keeping the outer leaves intact. Toss the halved sprouts into a large bowl.
Add olive oil, Himalayan salt, Hungarian paprika, garlic powder, and fresh cracked pepper to the bowl with the Brussels sprouts. Add the chopped Canadian bacon and use tongs to gently toss the sprouts until everything is evenly coated with the spices.
Lightly spray the bottom of the air fryer basket. Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer. Set the air fryer to 400°F (205°C) and cook for 15-20 minutes, until the outer layers are crispy and the centers are soft. They should be fork tender.
Serve the Brussels sprouts with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or topped with shredded mozzarella cheese, if using. Enjoy!
