wooden cutting board
serving spoons
- 6 slices French country bread loaf set aside two pieces for soaking
- 2 cups gravy
- 4 tablespoons glazed sweet potato leftovers
- 4 slices honey glazed ham leftovers
- 4 slices roasted turkey leftovers
- 2 tablespoons mashed potato leftovers
- 4 tablespoons stuffing leftovers
- 4 tablespoons sweet corn leftovers
- 2 tablespoons cranberry relish leftovers
- ¼ cup lettuce
- 4 tablespoons butter
Place two slices of bread into a large enough container so that they can be covered with the gravy. Pour the gravy on top and allow the bread slices to soak for at least one hour.
Toast the remaining four slices of bread and lightly spread butter on the inner sides of the bread.
Assemble the sandwich with the desired leftovers, using the gravy-soaked bread in the middle as a divider between layers.
Serve and enjoy! Don't let your boss get his hands on your sandwich.
