Equipment

Ingredients

  • 6 slices French country bread loaf set aside two pieces for soaking
  • 2 cups gravy
  • 4 tablespoons glazed sweet potato leftovers
  • 4 slices honey glazed ham leftovers
  • 4 slices roasted turkey leftovers
  • 2 tablespoons mashed potato leftovers
  • 4 tablespoons stuffing leftovers
  • 4 tablespoons sweet corn leftovers
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry relish leftovers
  • ¼ cup lettuce
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Place two slices of bread into a large enough container so that they can be covered with the gravy. Pour the gravy on top and allow the bread slices to soak for at least one hour.
  • Toast the remaining four slices of bread and lightly spread butter on the inner sides of the bread.
  • Assemble the sandwich with the desired leftovers, using the gravy-soaked bread in the middle as a divider between layers.
  • Serve and enjoy! Don't let your boss get his hands on your sandwich.
